Dispatch: Terms of Service

Effective 27 September 2026.

1. Scope

Dispatch is a personal desktop application written and operated by its author for the author's own use. It is not offered to the public, is not sold, licensed or distributed, and has no users other than its author. These terms describe the conditions under which it is used.

2. YouTube API Services

Dispatch uses YouTube API Services. Its use of those services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, which the author accepts. Data obtained through the YouTube API Services is handled as described in the Dispatch Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted use

Dispatch is used only to publish videos that the author has the right to publish, to the author's own channels, and to read the performance figures of those videos. It is not used to upload content on behalf of others, to access other users' data, to download or redistribute YouTube content, or to circumvent any YouTube policy.

4. Content

The author is solely responsible for the content Dispatch publishes, including compliance with the Community Guidelines of each platform it posts to and with the disclosure rules for synthetic or altered media. Dispatch sets the altered-content disclosure on YouTube uploads that contain synthesized speech.

5. No warranty

Dispatch is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Its author may change or stop it at any time.
